Both of these computers are really intended to be entertainment machines, and it seems more attention was paid to the exterior design above anything else. The specs are good, but not terribly above average, and the prices reflect that. Yet the TouchSmart 310 does step things up a bit. Here’s where the two all-in-one computers differ:

My opinion:
it's a good step from HP to win the endless tech race , it may be a step to change the usual style and structure of our PC........but it's not a real revolution because usual PC remains the best.source:
